Wooo. Our friend Elliot, who is fucking awesome, has been filming us doing stuff. Then he edit its and sets it to some new music from our album.
This is the first of many and features a little bit of a song called Dennis. Track 4 off our debut album out later this year!
Also featuring: Fire, chairs, childish behavior and a complete disregard for safety and common sense.
WATCH IT!
That was fun. Another coming in a week or so.

So I don't really have any news for you. Oh wait. Probably the news that relates to the photos I came here to post.
We have taken the photos for the album cover. I'm not going to show you yet but here is some behind the scenes shots of the album artwork.... OOOOOOOooooh
Nothing there looks like the album cover. But I thought you might like to see anyhow. I'm just a good guy like that.
We've(that is, someone else) almost finished cutting a little video with a little bit of footage and some recorded material. Then we'll show you. And you can watch and listen.
We're gonna try and do one every week or 2. Let you hear some album.
See how I keep saying 'you'?
That means we're connected.
It feels nice.
Ian
PS. Shows announced soon, new film clip filming in 2 weeks and the first single is currently at the CD pressing place. Stay tuned. Exciting times.

We've been doing heaps of stuff. Heaps of this stuff involved fire, flares and other stuff you played with when you were 12 (mind out of the gutter please).
Promo shots, single covers, album art work. All fire-y. Fun.
Also we filmed it all. And we're going to release some footage with samples from the album so you can hear it. Or some of it at least. It's completely finished. But you only get some for now.
They call it teasing.
Like when you were 12.
Shit yeah.

So in some pretty special news it turns out that we are going to be the local support for the upcoming SPOON show in Brisbane on Wednesday, 5th of May at The Hi-Fi. SPOON are excellent and not actual cutlery so this is great news. Plus their new album is the shit so buy it.
Also in some other very special news it turns out that we are going to be on episode 10 of the upcoming third season of Underbelly. The best thing about this is us being able to say AS SEEN ON UNDERBELLY in all our promo. We're thinking of even changing our album name to that.
Hold on, reading back like that it makes it seem as if we're going to be making a quirky Beatles-esque appearance on the show getting into CRAZY adventures.
Ianboy: Uh oh Brenty! You didn't pay up so now you're gonna get shot in the kneecaps!
Brenty: Uh oh! Looks like you're going to have to find a new drummer!
*SLIDE WHISTLE*
Dom: Holy shit, they actually killed Brenty, he's actually dead.
Heff: ... Wow. We gotta get new management.
So that's not that case. Our song, The Boy Who Cried Misery is just going to be featured on the show. Apparently while someone is giving evidence and someone else is "going bananas" in their house. That was the actual brief, even the going bananas bit, so we know about as much as you do right now.
Anyway, the song will be on the show and on the official soundtrack as well which is out April 16th. Pretty happy about that am I right?
That's all for now. We'll have some pretty special announcements soon re: first single and album though so stay tuned.
Cheers,
Dommy Rocket

We’ve been fairly quiet of late and the main reason for that is (as some of you may know) we have been recording our debut album. We are proud to announce THE NAME of the record.
The album will be called The Bones and will be released mid year.
To get things rolling for 2010 though we have decided to play a show at Cubby Hole and play the debut album from start to finish.
Special guests The Mercy Beat and Jackalpac are helping us out and it should be a good fucking night. Come along, get drunk and enjoy the new stuff.
Saturday, March 27th
The Bones album preview – playing our debut album start to finish
The Cubby Hole (upstairs at Rosie’s), Edward St, The City
From 9pm with special guests The Mercy Beat and Jackalpac
Also, keep an eye out for the first single off the album, due out in a month or two. We think you’ll like it.
LOVE YOU

You read correctly. I have just finished listening to the final mixes of our debut album, to be called "The Bones".
It sounds nice. Magoo is damn good. You will like it.
Next step is mastering which should take place in the next week or so then we get to decide the official first single. And a release date so all you fine people can have a listen.
But before then, you can certainly have a listen live when we showcase all the songs off the album this month. Teaming up with our good friends at the Cubbyhole, we will be hitting upstairs at Rosie's with a special set to let you know what you can expect from the album. Stay tuned for more details.
Till then, it's all photo shoots (can you say skeletons and explosives?) and film clips as we gear up for our biggest release yet! Exciting times.
