So I just saw the final cut of the 'Doctor' film clip. Pretty good I like to think. Anyway, just thought I'd give you all a heads up that it is coming along with some single tour dates. Ooh. I know. Also, you might be interested to know that we will be recoding the rest of the album in December with Magoo. Awesome.

Good evening. Quick little update from your favorite Rocketsmith. That's right, it's me.

So first and foremost, we've started recording our debut album! Exciting, no? We've just got one track (produced and master by the amazing Magoo) back from being mastered in the States and we can't wait to let everyone listen. So if we all hang tough, much like those New Kids on the Block everyone seems to be talking about, very soon we're going to give you all a taste of the album before its release early next year. We're pretty damn happy with it and we're sure you will be too. So keep an eye out, check out our Twitter and MySpace and YouTube and Facebook and Google Maps and all those things the kids love these days because we've got a whole bunch of demos and videos and all that stuff we want you to see.

Speaking of videos, we figured a new song needed a new video so keep an eye on the previously mention buzzwords and see what parts of Brisbane in our new clip for 'Doctor'. Exciting times folks, exciting times.

And of course I better plug a show so my manager doesn't yell at me: Rocketsmiths @ the Big Sound Showcase. Wednesday 9th September, Artisan Gallery, Fortitude Valley with Hungry Kids, DZ, Philadelphia Grand Jury and more. It'll be a hell of a night and all the bands could really use your support.
